This book by Brian Tracy is a book that provides a lot of motivation and inspiration to readers so that readers can understand the practical steps in our daily lives in order to achieve a consistent life. In his book also explains how we can overcome the procrastination that we often do every day. In his book, Tracy explains 7 main steps that can guide and help readers to change starting from: Clearly define what you want, write down what your goals are, set time limits, make a list of actions, develop a plan that will be prioritized, take immediate action and do something every day.
There are also other things that are emphasized in this book ranging from forming full responsibility by getting used to not depending or tending to others, Visualization and positive thoughts in the book invite us to be able to visualize thoughts to be more positive so that our minds are accustomed to for example I have to be a reader of the book is an example of visualization. In the book, the author also emphasizes lifelong learning that can increase knowledge without age limits. And the most important thing is self-discipline and time management because discipline is a simple thing or a small habit but very influential in life.
In the last chapter of the book, the author gives a message to never give up. He also emphasizes 4 things: persistence and self-discipline, develop persistence, become unstoppable and there are no limits. We can start with simple steps such as discipline. This book is highly recommended to anyone more specifically for teenagers and young people. I am very lucky to read this book because I think this book is very relate to my current condition.
The advantages of the book:
1.uses simple language so that it is easily understood by readers and is not difficult and straightforward.
2. provides a lot of motivation that can change the mindset of the readers. In this book there are a lot of motivations that can build the mindset of the readers so it is comfortable to read.
The disadvantages of the book
This book is very good but I think the pages are too short so it's too short and not in-depth. But I really appreciate the author because even though this book is simple, it is really meaningful.
